Notebook initially bound with the same cardboard as 'Manuscripta Medica' volume (LM/LP/BIO/3/2). Same title page and same ink and layout as 'Najades Svecicae' (LM/LP/MED/4/1) and 'Vulcanus Docimasticus' (LM/LP/MIN/1/2) both of which date from 1734 in Falun: probably from the same period/date.
Page numbers in pencil added at a later date, bottom right.
Contains a rough classification of very well known animal species, along with references to different authors and the names they have in these authors, along with references to the page number.
At the beginning of each genus, Linnaeus indicates the principal anatomical characters: bones, number of teeth, the position of feet, how many mammals, etc.
