Diploma singed by Johan Aron Borgh, later ennobled as Adelborg, to welcome Linnaeus fil. as member of 'Kongl. Patriotiska Sällskapet', the Royal Patriotic Society, an organisation founded in 1766 with the aim of improving Sweden's economy, particularly agriculture, mining and the textile industry. It received its royal charter in 1772.
The diploma was sent to Linnaeus fil., and is folded accordingly. With seal of the Society.
