The genera described include: "Gaultheiria", "Kalmia" (name added by Linnaeus), "Cornus" (name added by Linnaeus), "Pennsneckia", "Hemecyllum" (? name added by Linnaeus), "Lechea", "Gentiana", "Leontice", "Polemonium", "Nyssa", "Liquidambar", "Asclepioides" (Linnaeus has added "Thesium"), "Gratiola", "Hyacinthus", and "Anthericoides".
Another set is not paginated, and describes the genera "Arum", "Gerardia", "Senecio", "Phlore" (Linnaeus has added "Erinus"), "Ontario", "Vaccinoides".
