- "Amphibia Gyllenborgiana". Defended 18 June 1745 by Barthold Rudolph Hast (1724-1784).
- "Museum principis = Museum Adolpho-Fridericianum". Defended 31 May 1746 by Lars Balk, filius (1726-1790).
- "Chinensia Lagerströmiana". Defended {23} December 1754 by Johan Lorens Odhelius (1737-1816).
This last dissertation was published in Linné, Carl von. 1759. "Amoenitates Academicæ". vol. 4. Stockholm.
Carl Peter Thunberg was a student of Linnaeus pater's at Uppsala until 1767, when he took his degree.
