Description:
Annotations from lectures (probably Linnaeus filius's own lectures) on 'Systema morborum'. They cover the genera 68-91 from Linné, Carl von. 1763. "Genera morborum". Uppsala. These genera are from the class 'Mentales' and inlcude: "Mania", ""Vesania", "Melancholia", "Somnambulismus", "Hypochondriasis", "Satyriasis", "Erotomania", "Nostalgia", and the genus "Langor" from the class 'Quietales'.
On f. 1 is the fragment of an introductory address as 'praeses' for John Rotheram the Younger (c. 1750-1804), who defended his thesis "Medicamenta Purgantia" on 22 November 1775, with Carl Linnaeus pater as 'praeses'. It is possible that Car Linnaeus fil. stood in for his father, or participated in the thesis in some way.
